We at Nathmulls Teas stand for complete customer satisfaction. Any product purchased from our website site could be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Returns due to an error from our part will be totally borne by us include the the shipping costs.
Returning of products is subject to the following conditions:
Full refund of the amount debited to your card or received as payment for that specific order, and for the products returned in full.
We cannot accept any Product after 30 days of delivery.
We cannot accept a Product that has been largely consumed.
In case of returns, please mail us the Order ID along with the reason for the return at support@nathmullsteas.com. Our customer care executive will contact you within 24 hours. Please do not return unless you receive a mail advice from us to the effect.
